To use these reports you need to be a valid user, on campus connected to the UGA network via wired or wireless connection or connected via the UGA campus remote access VPN.
The Monthly Status Report (MSR) was designed to provide reporting by accounting period. It can be run at any time throughout the accounting period but for the most accurate snapshot of the period, remember to re-run the report after the accounting period has been officially closed. Note: This report defaults to “last closed” for the accounting period. This report can be downloaded to multiple file types including Excel and PDF, and has subscription capabilities which will deliver a customized report to your email on a set schedule.
