Course reports provide valuable insights to support academic planning, course management, and student progress tracking. They include data on credit hour production, grade distribution, and how students are fulfilling degree requirements. The information helps departments and colleges make informed decisions about resource allocation, teaching effectiveness, and curriculum development. Access to these reports requires UGA Single Sign-On.

Credit Hour Reports
+

Credit Hour reports measure and analyze the number of credit hours generated by courses across different departments, colleges, and programs. These reports play a crucial role in academic planning, budgeting, and institutional decision-making. They use ADC & HCM data. Additional information about the credit hour as a federally defined unit of measure for student learning is available in the UGA Credit Hour Policy.

Grade Distribution Reports
+

Grade Distribution reports are used to analyze how grades are awarded across colleges, departments, programs, courses, instructors, and academic terms. These reports are valuable tools for maintaining academic standards, identifying trends, and supporting institutional decision-making.

DegreeWorks Reports
+

DegreeWorks reports have been developed to support the curriculum revisions process. These reports are available to help units better understand the course substitutions and exceptions that students are using towards undergraduate major and minor requirements, and to help units understand where and how their courses are being used. Units should access these reports and use the data as an aid in their analysis of their curriculum. Access to the DegreeWork Data Reports requires approval and the passing of the FERPA certification quiz.
