OIR Tickets
What constitutes a ticket?
- Action is internal to the office.
- Action is short-term in nature.
- Action is considered "routine" work.
- Responding to a question from the user community.
- Action is a change to an existing report beyond updating the report with new data (i.e. a break-fix).
- Anything that comes in to the ticket queue via the data request form on the OIR website. Note: Sometimes a ticket that comes in via the data reqeust form may actually need to be considered a project.
