Many common requests for official data can be fulfilled using the UGA Fact Book which is available to all users, or the self-service reporting tool FACTS which is available to all UGA Faculty and Staff. Requests for operational data, which is not considered official and not available for external release, can be fulfilled using the Operational Reports self-service tool.
If you are unable to find the data you need, or if you need additional help, submit a data request to OIR by first selecting your user group below.
- Current term data is available by request from the Office of the Registrar

The primary mechanism for responding to external data requests is the Open Records Request process managed by the UGA Division of Marketing and Communications to meet the requirements of the Georgia Open Records Act.
External users also may submit data requests by emailing oir@uga.edu. These requests will be forwarded to the Open Records Request process where appropriate.
- Open records requests under the Georgia Open Records Act are processed by the Division of Marketing & Communications.
